2007 VERDELHO ($20.00)

This wine was produced from fruit grown in the Bolivia district just south of Tenterfield. The nose features intense tropical fruit characters, pineapple and passionfruit and this year, a hint of honey. The palate shows fresh fruit balanced with zingy acid with a lingering, clean finish. This is an unwooded, drink now style that invites itself to lunch especially after you've climbed the Pyramids.
