Tasting Notes:
This 3 barrel blend is made from 100% estate grown fruit. Rich, ripe cabernet fruit gives intense varietal characters of spearmint and blackberry. One barrel of Merlot adds mid palate suppleness and a perfumed lift to the nose. Our Cabernets really need a couple of years in the bottle to hit their straps so those who can keep this wine stashed in a suitable place for at least a couple of years will be well rewarded. Serve with marinated lamb rump and Mediterranean vegetables.
